Dynamic robustness modelling of electricity critical infrastructure elements as a part of energy security

The key components of an Electricity Critical Infrastructure (ECI) are the elements system required to permanently provide services with a certain performance level. In case disruptive events effects on these elements, security factor is their robustness, which important determinant element resilience. Current methods can already assess static level resilience but as yet unable creating dynamic models decrease due events. this context, assessment area for determining energy supply security. Based observation, authors article created method Dynamic Robustness Modelling (DRM) allows ECI robustness modelling be clearly considered new concept robust, secure and resilient ECI. This stochastic uses integral calculus analysis in context predicted event scenario. quantifies negative effect subsequent at expected time exposure. Practical use illustrated through study that electricity transformer station during intentional man-made attack.
